Arnika Ayurveda respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, place an order, or pay through Razorpay.
1. Information we collect
- Name, phone, email, billing and shipping address, GSTIN (if you provide it).
- Order history, cart contents and messages you send us.
- Account login details if you register.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type (cookies / logs).
2. Payments
Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status and a transaction reference. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs. Razorpay’s privacy policy applies to data they process as a payment facilitator.
3. How we use data
- To fulfil orders, issue GST invoices and arrange dispatch / e-way bills.
- To confirm orders on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To improve the storefront and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal duties in India.
4. Sharing
We share data only with payment partners (Razorpay), logistics / courier partners, and government authorities when required. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention & security
Order and invoice records are kept as required under GST and company law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No website is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of account data, subject to legal retention. Contact [email protected].
