These terms govern use of the Arnika Ayurveda website and purchase of herbal products from our plant. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Seller
Goods are sold by Arnika Ayurveda, Khasara no. 371, Village Achronda, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Online payments, when enabled, are collected through Razorpay on our behalf. White-label lots follow the written brief and sample approval.
2. Catalogue & prices
- Listed prices are ex-works unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout as per applicable Indian tax law.
- MOQ on each SKU is binding. We may refuse or adjust orders below MOQ.
- Images are representative. Colour, grain and finish may vary slightly in manufactured lots.
- We may correct obvious pricing or stock errors before dispatch.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it by email, WhatsApp or invoice — not merely when it is placed on the site. Institutional / B2B orders may require GSTIN and a purchase order.
4. Payment
- We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and other methods offered at checkout via Razorpay, plus COD / NEFT where shown.
- Razorpay’s checkout is operated by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card and UPI data is handled by Razorpay, not stored on our servers.
- Title in goods passes after full payment is received, or as agreed on institutional credit terms.
5. Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, scrape catalogue data, or attempt unauthorised access. Content, photos and trademarks remain our property.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where Indian law does not allow such a limit.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
